Atlas Titan SR6 REBUILDS

We are currently offering a rebuild service specifically for Atlas Titan SR models. We believe that the Atlas Titan models are excellent machines with high quality engineering. There is nothing wrong with the machine mechanically, but like most electronic equipment the computer aspect is now obsolete several years later.

Our goal is to renovate, replace and improve. To this end we strip the donor machine down to the frame side, clean and paint the machine. We add completely new electronics (motors, drives, PLC, HMI) and pneumatics (all new pipework and SMC block) to the machine which increases the run speed to 500m/min. We can also add custom features like laser core alignment, remote features such as online support and special inclusions like perforation and punching units.
